For urbunriders.com to arrange to deliver any products that you have purchased to you, you shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal details. Risk of loss and title for the products that you purchase on the website pass to you upon delivery of your purchased products by the logistics supplier.

urbunriders.com is not responsible for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and purchased product/s, lost or missing product/s or the incorrect delivery of the product/s to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and arrange for the faulty product to be returned to us.

 

Free 3 days return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund.

Just make sure to contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it.

In case all conditions are met, then a credit voucher of the same value will be issued with validity of 6 months which can be used on urbunriders.com or replacement of the value can be done instantly.

If the item you have received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.


To return the item

  1. Call our customer support number +97143473456 or contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered. Customer can also initiate the return by clicking on the return button available in the orders section of the members area. This button will be available for 3 days from the delivery date.
  2. An email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
  3. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
  5. urbunriders.com wants you to be pleased with your purchase, and so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, urbunriders.com will refund your purchase within three (3) days of delivery of your purchased products. Please go through the returns policy available on the website. Products purchased through the website should be returned new, unused, unopened in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all product tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted by urbunriders.com and may be sent back to you.

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchaser as a credit voucher of the same value with validity of 6 months which can be used on urbunriders.com or replacement of the value can be done instantly. If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on [email protected].

    1. If the buyer claimed within the 3 days of the date of delivery

    2.  if the buyer claimed after the 3 days of the date of delivery (*only if returned approved)

  2. Return item due to buyer’s fault (* item is in its original packaging, unworn, unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it)
